Mawhiba’s summer program has launched under the title (The Kingdom of the Sustainable Energy) in Mishkat Interactive Center.

Today, Mawhiba’s summer program, “The Kingdom of the Sustainable Energy” has commenced in Mishkat Interactive Center, One of King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy Initiatives. With 70 participants of talented female Intermediate school students for the second year in a raw, Under the supervision of King Abdul-Aziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (talent / Mawhiba).

The first day was scheduled for hosting the nominated students with their parents to introduce the staff, program activities and the exhibition facilities. In addition, a special portion to “break the ice” has taken place where the team members can introduce themselves and converse with the students to enthuse them about the exciting and enrichening programs scheduled within the activities.
Head of the program, Lama Al-Issawi, explained that Mawhiba’s summer program is one of the enrichening summer programs sponsored by the King Abdul-Aziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity, and that the program will proceed daily for three weeks from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The activities included in the program are divided to three main lines:
Discover the energy line, energy programs line and scientific research line. In addition to accompanying programs that include educational trips outside the exhibition that are coordinated by the program plan. She also stated that the center features young Saudi cadres trained locally and internationally on talented students programs and management of scientific fairs. Moreover, the center has been equipped with all security and safety precautions, and the team has gone under courses of evacuation and first aid in event of any emergency, God forbid.
